You reap what you sow. also As you sow, so shall you reap. (formal)
something that you say which means everything that happens to you is a result of your own actions
Does that hold true? I like to defer. I do not seem to reap anything off the friendships that I sow. Whenever one say they have problems / trouble / issues / whatever and will like to go out for dinner / drink / movie / whatever I do not think I ever turn you down. So why is it that when I tell you I am stuck at home with people I don't like in the house and ask you to go out. The reply I get is "go where?" ... "if like that I rather rot at my own home" ... 0_0 So much for all the effort put in to maintain the friendship. All that I am worth is I must give a venue or activity before I am worth the thought of leaving the house for ...
I feel like a bucket of cold water is poured over me. To think that I was the one who make sure that the gang of us meet up frequently when I came back to Perth. I don't think the rest of you met up during the 2 years I was away. 0_0. So much for my effort. So much for "you reap what you sow" *bleah*
